At Woodside Pediatrics, we know the value of delivering evidence based pediatric care in the environment that has the biggest impact on health - the home. Establishing a relationship with families that begins at home enables Dr. Moss to understand children in the context of their family's values and deliver expert and highly personalized care. The strength of this relationship is unrivaled. Communication is the bedrock to this model; patients text, email and call Dr. Moss directly.
Woodside Pediatrics Direct Pediatric Care Model
Our membership fee is a modern model that is transparent and enables Dr. Moss to offer highly individualized care at home. The monthly membership gives parents direct communication with Dr. Moss via secure text, email and telephone.
Membership Fees
- $150/month for 1 child
- $175/month for 2 children
- $200/month for 3 children
Visit Fees
- $225 for home visits in Chevy Chase, Bethesda
- $250 for home visits in Washington, DC
Other Charges
- Immunizations and PCR confirmatory testing (Strep and Viral Panels) are not included in visit fees.
- Most insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that may reimburse for services (the specifics depend on your plan).
- Payment is due at the time of visit, and an itemized receipt (superbill) will be provided to you so that you can submit to your insurance. All out-of-network reimbursement goes directly to you.

Meet Dr. Ashley Moss
Dr. Ashley Moss has cared for children as a pediatrician in the Washington, DC area for eighteen years. In 2016, she opened her solo practice that delivered primary pediatric care to children in their homes. Managing every aspect of this unique house-call practice, Dr. Moss cultivated special patient-physician relationships and gathered important insight into the fundamental factors that build and maintain the health and resilience of children. She also witnessed the benefits of leveraging technology to more efficiently manage a pediatric practice, to allow more time to deliver the personal engagement of an “old school” medical model. During the COVID19 pandemic, Dr. Moss moved back to an in office model working with a team of pediatricians to navigate community pediatric response to the pandemic. Dr. Moss his excited to introduce Woodside Pediatrics and return to the house calls model.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Moss has practiced pediatrics in numerous medical settings all over the world.
- She practiced primary care in the Washington, DC area
- Worked in a pediatric emergency unit in Baltimore
- Served as the doctor at summer camps in upstate New York
- Completed pediatric residency in New York City
- Worked in rural clinics in Vietnam
- Cared for TB and leprosy patients at a hospital in Uganda
- Treated HIV positive children in an orphanage in Honduras
Dr. Moss has a deep interest in public health and health policy. She was a politics major at Princeton University and during medical school held several leadership positions at the Medical College of Virginia’s Legislative Affairs and Health Promotion and Disease Prevention committees.
Dr. Moss is the past president of the Montgomery County Pediatric Society, an organization that connects primary care pediatricians and pediatric specialists and hosts academic lectures quarterly.
Most importantly, Dr. Moss is a passionate and dedicated pediatrician. She feels fortunate to practice pediatrics and is committed to finding innovative ways to improve the quality of care for all our children.
Dr. Moss graduated from Princeton University magna cum laude with a BA in Politics. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia-Virginia Commonwealth University and completed her pediatric residency at Cornell Medical Center-New York Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Moss lives in Chevy Chase, MD with her family.
